QA/QC Introduction

Quality and safety is our first priority, and it is our policy to insure that every toy leaving our factories meet or exceed the industrial standards. We closely monitor the quality of all plush outer shell fabric.

Inspection by our QC staffs:
Inspections are routinely performed after each of the following production stages, cutting, sewing, stuffing and finishing.
Inspection by our QA staffs:
There are 3 times inspections, beginning stage, intermediate and final inspection, according to AQL (acceptable quality level).
One-time metal detection:
Metal detection is taken before packing.
